Are you concerned?

Where is the threshold between being simply overweight and really obese? To find out, it is sufficient to calculate the Body Mass Index (BMI), which takes into account the ratio of the person's weight and height.

formule de calcul IMC
Example :

- A 1.60 m high person, weighing 62 kg, has a BMI of 62/(1.6*1.6)= 24.2

- A 1.80 m high person, weighing 75 kg, has a BMI of 75/(1.8*1.8)=23.1
